About the Role: In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with SMEs.
You will leverage your strong sales acumen and relationship-building skills to identify client needs and deliver customized solutions that ensure compliance and empower them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and secure new clients through self-generated business development.
Build strong relationships with business owners, gaining a deep understanding of their unique HR and WHS challenges.
Provide clear and concise explanations of complex HR and WHS regulations, demonstrating the value proposition of Peninsula's services.
Foster long-term client partnerships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
What are we looking for?
You will be a sales professional and an individual who is driven to be the best, for yourself and your teammates.
You will be forever curious, seeking to analyze your numbers understanding it is the 1% that changes outcomes every day.
Being a field-based role, a fully maintained fleet vehicle is provided.
You will also possess: A proven success record in field-based B2B sales, ideally within a professional services environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Commitment to exceeding customer expectations and achieving ambitious sales targets.
