This role involves developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesBuild Key Relationships: Connect with healthcare professionals and purchasing officers, understanding and addressing their unique business needs.Drive Sales Excellence: Use your extensive sales experience to grow our presence across all accounts.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute call plans that align with our overall strategy, ensuring maximum impact.Market Analysis: Leverage your analytical skills to track product usage patterns, identify market gaps, and capitalize on new opportunities.Product Expertise: Quickly master our product line, enhancing your procedural knowledge and interpersonal skills to become an invaluable resource to our clients.Qualifications & ExperienceProven Sales Success: Demonstrated achievements, preferably in medical device sales.Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical products and their applications.Technical Savvy: Ability to absorb and communicate complex technical information.Tendering Expertise: Familiarity with hospital tendering processes.Customer Relationships: Track record of building lasting relationships through exceptional service and support.Exceptional Communicator: Superior interpersonal and communication skills.Team Player: Collaborative approach, thriving in a team environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Uncapped commission.Car allowance.Health and life insurance.LocationThis role can be based anywhere in the South Island.
