ABOUT THE TEAM
Join Wolfbrook's Investor Relations team, where you'll play a pivotal role in raising capital from wholesale investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (investors must be eligible investors under the Schedule 1 exclusions under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013). Our team is primarily focused on investor sales and relationship management, with an ambitious goal to more than double the size of our fund within the next two years. Wolfbrook Property Group's broader team is nearly 100 people strong with offices across Christchurch, Auckland, and Tauranga. We foster a high-energy, high-performance culture that supports professional growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Investor Relations Manager plays a crucial role within Wolfbrook Property Group and is responsible for raising capital from wholesale and eligible investors. You will be a seasoned professional responsible for identifying and securing new investment from qualified leads. You'll also manage ongoing investor relationships, ensuring clear communication and investor satisfaction.
WHAT YOU NEED
To be successful in this role, you'll be a seasoned finance professional and a deal-maker, comfortable raising money from wholesale and eligible investors. You take a consultative approach to understanding investors' goals and concerns. You are comfortable discussing finances and can lean into discussions about wealth management. You can comfortably push back over financial objections, competition, and indecision.

THE PACKAGE
