TLB Medicals is a well established medico legal agency providing high quality reports to the legal sector. We are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team of professionals. The firm provides specialist legal and complementary services in a broad range of areas and our clients are the centre of it all. Our Head Office is in East Lancashire, however the role will require the Business Development Manager to travel to meet existing and new potential companies to promote our products and services. Any potential applicants should be familiar to working in a fast paced environment where communication is key. The main responsibility of this role is to generate high quality meetings with existing and new business partners, discussing their requirements and offering our products. You will be part of an inspiring and innovative work place, where people are the most important asset. We expect the very best from all our employees and support our teams every step of the way to help them achieve excellence. You will quickly acquire an in-depth knowledge of the various innovative funding schemes TLB Medicals offers and will be provided with continual ongoing training and professional development opportunities within the business. What your responsibilities will be · Calling potential clients and setting up appointments/ meetings with a specified number of companies each day · Creating a sales pipeline · Excellent diary Management · Highlighting TLB Medical's range of services to decision makers across the industry · Working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment but also taking ownership for your workload and output · Ensuring all opportunities for growth with current customers are maximised. · Maintaining existing customers business levels and growing business by building strong relationships with new clients. · Delivering exceptional service to our clients to both existing and new customers · Maintaining strict company admin standards · Maintaining an efficient company CRM to manage customer records, terms and contracts What we are looking for · An education to degree level or equivalent · A desire to work in a highly lucrative sales role · A team player · Excellent verbal communication skills · Solution-centric approach to your work · The ability to work in a target-driven, professional environment · Highly skilled at building and maintaining strong business relationships · A competitive attitude and ambitious career aspirations · Inquisitive, innovative and knowledgeable mind-set · Resilience and drive · Proven sales experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year Benefits: Free parking On-site parking Work days: Monday to Friday No weekends Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
