Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and target potential clients through research and networking, and build a strong sales pipeline.Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, cut through gatekeepers to build relationships with decision-makers in targeted organisationsNeeds-based Selling: Be a trusted advisor to clients, listening to their unique challenges and educating them on the value of our services.Travel: This is a national position, so you'll have the opportunity to travel and meet clients from various industries and locations.Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure the successful execution of our Lean projects.Requirements:Passion for Continuous Improvement: A deep understanding and passion for continuous improvement and making things better.Inquisitive Mind: A curious personality and desire to help clients understand their challenges and match our solutions to those challengesProcess Driven: Proven experience in sales, following a proven sales process to close sales with our SME clients in NZ. Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Industry knowledge in Lean principles, operational excellence and manufacturing processes is preferred.Communication Skills: Personable, Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and understandably.Self-motivation: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed.
