This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to play a key role in expanding our presence in the South Island, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.About the Role:As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing the successful execution of development projects and tenders. You will also oversee key account retention strategies and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities to expand Wilson Parking's footprint across the South Island.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, landlords, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing success and growth.Tender & Proposal Management: Prepare and submit professional, high-quality tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations to drive the business forward.Reporting & Leadership: Prepare and present monthly development reports, ensuring compliance with internal and client expectations.Key Skills and Experience:Proven track record in business development and property/asset management.Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.Experience with budgeting, sales targets, and financial forecasting.Competence in using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Why Wilson Parking?Work within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Competitive remuneration and benefits package.If you're a highly motivated individual with a passion for business development and relationship management, we would love to hear from you.
