You'll work closely with the GM Client Outcomes and a team of dedicated Regional Directors to help build and maintain Inde's revenue, brand, and position as a market-leading and outcome-focused enterprise technology solution provider.Your expertise in the Canterbury IT business environment will be crucial for this role. You'll need strong commercial acumen to develop and execute client engagement strategies.A consultative sales approach and the ability to discuss business goals and strategies with owners are essential. You'll be adept at building new relationships, maintaining ongoing dialogues with various stakeholders, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.A solid understanding of technology is also required, as you will be responsible for keeping up with IT trends and identifying new opportunities.You will be:Building strategic relationships by identifying and cultivating long-term, trusted relationships with new customers.Collaborating with the Client Outcomes team to develop strategies in order to expand our market share and grow our existing customer base.Creating proposals for new business opportunities that address customer needs and objectives.Negotiating contracts to close deals.Promoting our values and vision, fostering a positive culture.Perks and BenefitsA share of the profits each quarter.Enjoy Southern Cross health insurance, wellbeing initiatives, additional leave.Flexible Work Environment.
