The role in a nutshell: You will generate new business and proactively build and manage relationships with prospective clients, negotiate Service Level Agreements and secure new accounts. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process and work closely with the internal team to meet client needs. You will advocate for the clients managed services and use the resources to promote outbound marketing, following up leads generated. You will be working closely with the engineering team for new customer implementation projects to ensure projects run efficiently and to timeframe. You will communicate files and information clearly in a briefing to the design and development team. You will reach monthly and annual gross margin goals through a combination of product, service and SLA sales. To be successful, you will need: 2+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in IT solutions. Proven success in closing deals and driving revenue growth. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. A proactive and positive attitude with strong organisational skills. Why should you apply? A competitive salary and commission package. Salary base range is $75,000 - $90,000 with the opportunity to earn up to $120,000 through a generous commission structure.
