We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning SIPs construction company based in the New Forest, and help us drive forward sustainable homes across the South Coast.
Our company We are a rapidly growing business focused on driving low-carbon houses across the South Coast with our structurally insulated panel system.
Environmental sustainability is integral to everything we do at Ecologic.
We care about our supply chains, work closely with clients to find the most eco-friendly, resourceful, and energy-efficient solutions, and always endeavor to minimize our impact on the planet.
With a proven track record in crafting modular, high-end luxury beach lodges, we now specialize in the manufacture and installation of SIPs (structural insulated panels), producing resilient building solutions with long-lasting environmental and lifestyle benefits.
Every SIP that we design is made in-house at our New Forest workshop in Dorset.
We're experienced problem-solvers, so we relish the challenge of installing SIPs structures in unusual, tricky, or remote site locations.

Job Information As the Sales Manager or BDM at Ecologic SIPs, you will be pivotal in driving the company's revenue growth through achieving sales targets and enhancing our market presence.
Your role will encompass a dynamic range of responsibilities, including the development and execution of strategic sales plans, oversight of social media marketing initiatives, basic website development, and management of customer relationships.
The core of your role will be generating leads, turning the right leads into quotes, booking workshop tours and site visits with prospective clients, and negotiating and closing on multiple deals per month.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will also contribute to the broader business strategy to ensure that Ecologic SIPs remains a leader in the sustainable construction industry.
Your proactive engagement in CPD workshops and consistent monitoring of market trends will be crucial in fostering long-term relationships with clients and reinforcing our commitment to high-quality, sustainable building solutions.
Additionally, representing our brand at key industry events will be integral to enhancing our visibility.

You will be given an extensive induction across all areas of the business and build SIPs experience (if applicable) by joining our site crews across this period.
Regular weekly team meetings, both face-to-face and virtually, will ensure you feel well-supported in the role and managing the ever-changing priorities of the business.
You will be allocated an external business mentor to support your growth.
