Its digital currency (trade dollars) is exchanged between members to pay for goods and services instead of paying cash.About the roleOur Business Development Managers are responsible for the following:Growing the number of businesses on their client base and in the wider Bartercard membershipBuilding solid business relationships with clients, adding value to them and their businesses by delivering proactive meaningful service and solutionsGrowing the revenue the clients generate, educating them on how to trade within Bartercard and connecting them with other businesses for tradingAchieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.This role would suit a motivated, driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively who is keen to start their sales and account management career.
