Position: Business Development ManagerLocation: Pure Nutrition Limited, CanterburyAbout Us: Pure Nutrition Limited (PNL) is owned by Westland Milk Products, a longstanding Dairy organisation based on the West Coast of New Zealand. Pure Nutrition blends and packs finished dairy-based nutritional products for supply to Ausnutria and other international organisations. We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Business Development Manager to build a successful sales approach. This role will be an individual contributor within our senior management team, reporting directly to the GM at Pure Nutrition.Key Responsibilities:Analyse market insights to identify new business opportunities.Obtain new business through prospecting and solution selling.Spearhead the execution of our business growth strategy.Meet and exceed KPIs.Develop ongoing relationships to ensure cross-selling and increase revenue streams.Sales reporting and maintain CRM notes.About You: We are looking for someone who is self-driven, a true hunter with a strong work ethic and resilience in this competitive industry. You must have proven BDM experience in the dairy industry, technical knowledge of dairy ingredients and their applications, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to manage key relationships.At Pure Nutrition, we genuinely care about our people.
