We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Engineering Business Development Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding theirs market presence in the engineering industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of their solutions. The role Develop a marketing plan to proactively identify and target potential new clients, industries, and projects to expand our market presence. Tailor sales strategies to align with the specific requirements of clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals in a timely and efficient manner to drive business growth. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and increase brand awareness. Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements. Analyze market data to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion. Conduct sales reporting and forecasting. Flexibility to travel Communication and Relationships Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Understand their needs and requirements, provide exemplary customer service, use your expertise to position our clients offerings effectively, and provide valuable insight to our clients. Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and clients. Adapt to evolving customer demands. Be willing to go the extra mile to demonstrate your value to our client. Foster positive health and safety practices by engaging with management, H&S contractors, and colleagues.
