You will have unlimited opportunity to seek new deals, support from a well-established technical team, and the chance to truly sell!Role Overview:Reporting to the Director, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, and closing deals.
You will take a proactive approach in reaching out to potential clients and partners, understanding their unique challenges, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that align with their needs.This role will give you the opportunity to grow your sales offering, ensuring that there is always opportunity for you to explore with your client base.Responsibilities:Proactively research and identify new business prospects across various industries, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate information on leads, prospects, client communications, and sales activities.Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure that client feedback is relayed accurately and that services are delivered effectively.Candidate Profile:You will be a highly motivated sales professional who is a true self-starter and excited by the chase.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development.
You must have knowledge of internal business finance processes and understand the various business cycles that businesses go through annually, quarterly, and monthly.
Your communication skills will be second-to-none, and you will take a proactive approach to building relationships.
You will have exceptional prioritization skills and can juggle multiple opportunities at once while ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
