NOTE: This role is based in Australia and would require relocation to Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.The Company:Our client is a reputable Australian renewable energy retailer and generator.
Their broad range of energy products and solutions helps both commercial and residential customers reduce their carbon footprint through innovative management technologies and reduce their spend through progressive contact pricing.This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.Your Responsibilities:New Business AcquisitionOversee the complete sales process for acquiring new clients, from initial outreach to securing the deal.Conduct outbound calls and in-person client meetings.Build and sustain a sales pipeline to achieve set revenue goals.Foster strong relationships with both clients and key industry figures.Participate in relevant industry events such as meetings, conferences, and seminars.Craft tailored proposals to meet client needs.Sales Activity ReportingAccurately track and report all sales actions within the CRM system.Channel ExpansionGrow both new and existing sales channels by collaborating with partners, contractors, marketing firms, and industry professionals.Sales Strategy & ExecutionCreate and uphold a comprehensive sales and marketing plan, outlining specific objectives and a clear approach to achieving them.About You:You are proactive, self-driven, and focused on both team and individual growth and performance.
With a strong team-oriented mindset, you excel in fostering collaboration.
As a confident and skilled negotiator, you have the ability to effectively drive revenue and contribute to the company's success through strategic decision-making and strong relationship-building.Your Experience:You will have experience and knowledge of the power generation sector with a focus on wholesale power sales.
