We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Auckland team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Client Director to proactively identify, engage, and foster long term relationships with potential clients, contributing to our agency's continued expansion during this exciting phase of growth. You should have a genuine passion for the digital medium, along with an authentic personality, and a proven track record in identifying, evaluating, and effectively converting new business opportunities is essential. Your confidence in approaching key decision-makers within medium to large scale organisations will be pivotal to your success in this role. We're not looking for a traditional salesperson. Yes, new business development is a core responsibility of this role, but we have long operated a consultative sales model where our front-line team are recognised leaders in their respective fields. You will be expected to regularly travel domestically to build and maintain internal and external relationships. We're looking for someone with the X factor, and preference will be given to those applicants who have proven sales experience gained within the New Zealand digital industry.
