MTF Finance Manukau are on the hunt for our new Local money expert! 
The successful applicant will be working with the franchisee of a respected national brand, you'll be responsible for acquiring new business, while cultivating long term relationships , including current and potential customer and referral sources.  
Tenacious, resilient and highly motivated, you'll bring a strong understanding of long lead time selling and proven success in any sales environment, always on the lookout for opportunities. 
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years work experience in NZ who is customer focused, financially inclined with an inquisitive mind who ideally will have established networks in Auckland. 
Your responsibilities will include and not just limited to :
Helping new and existing customers from application to approval and disclosure stages Develop and build core networks of customers and SME around South Auckland - understanding their needs and wants and helping find sound and ethical financial solutions to their concerns. Servicing all customers in office, on the phone and on the road alongside an experienced group of lenders and credit support. Ideally our new team mate will possess: 
A strong work ethic with a positive and open outlook Commitment to helping others around them in a collaborative approachAble to multitask effectively and efficiently  Capabilities with confidence when using everyday office technology is a must. We will commit to: 
Providing comprehensive in house training All equipment provided and paid for Ongoing professional development training through our Franchisor programs and and third party training facilities from time to time. Access to EAP services. Your impeccable documentation standards ensure compliance, and you will have a current Full NZ Drivers license with the right to work in NZ. Minimum of 2 reference checks,  police background checks and credit checks will be completed prior to appointment.
