About the role: Sell an extensive range of workplace health and safety products and services to a broad range of new and existing customers. Focus on generating sales within specified, targeted Auckland territories. Cold call on businesses to determine the right contacts - either engaging them in conversation when you're on site, or reaching out to them to secure scheduled appointments. Present quotations and proposals. Liaise with customer service to determine stock availability for products. Meet and exceed sales targets for both products and services. Provide regular reporting to the MD, along with competitor information. About you: You're a hunter style sales person who loves generating new relationships and smashing targets. You're dynamic and memorable - with the confidence to call on businesses face to face. You have a natural vein of competitiveness running through you - perhaps you've played competitive sport and love to apply the same winning mentality to your work. You have strong business communication skills across both written and verbal. Benefits: This opportunity is ideal for a driven, highly motivated candidate who is passionate about workplace safety and health. Industry experience is not required, as full training will be given to our successful candidate. You'll want to apply for this role if you're looking for a long term opportunity with a growing business, reporting in to a leader who'll give you plenty of autonomy to get the job done. On offer is a package which is negotiable for the right person - encompassing salary, company vehicle plus commission. All tools of business will be provided (laptop, phone).
