In this exciting role, you will build relationships and grow sales within existing and new customers across New Zealand.
The role is responsible for retaining and growing existing customer accounts, working with our team to deliver solutions towards your accounts' design capability needs and business success.
You will work within a wide state-based territory interacting with the technical design teams and commercial leadership at some of New Zealand's most innovative companies.
Responsibilities: Work as part of a team across ANZ to manage and grow existing key accounts in your assigned territoryBuild strong relationships with your accounts to support their annual renewals and enhance the value they gain from our subscription services.Conduct face to face meetings 3-4 days a week with clientsProactive telephone calls to generate and follow up sales opportunities to close out dealsAbility to proactively ascertain customer pain points and present best suited tailored solutionsPromote Central Innovation's products and solutions at every opportunityWork closely with internal sales team and other business development managersMaintain and update information regularly in the company CRM system.Calls and Meetings meet agreed quality benchmarks (e.g., planning, notes, domain knowledge, presentation quality, active listening, follow up, notes in CRM)What do you need?
You will have at least 3 year's B2B sales experience in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering sectors.Preferably you will have sales/technical sales experience in the manufacturing sector.Previous sales experience involving sales targets/quotas in a commercial, B2B setting.
Previous sales experience as a sales professional having managed a sales territory or region Ability to work autonomously with a self-motivated and determined approach, collaborating inside and outside the organisation, meeting attendance requirements, and producing quality work and results.Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skillsStrong self-discipline, motivation, strong work ethic and drive to succeedDemonstrate a driven and pleasantly persistent attitude, whilst upholding company core values and standardsYou'll possess professional quality communication skills, both written and oral.Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.Ability to continually liaise with all levels of stakeholders, as you'll be dealing with business decision makers in companies from one-man bands to large corporates.A full driver's licence and car essential (provision of car allowance as part of package)Full working rights to work in New ZealandProven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)The remuneration for this role offers a base salary + uncapped commission + car allowance.
