TDDA Group (TDDA & Health Tick) are seeking a Business Development Manager to source new revenue opportunities as well as follow up on existing leads.

Key responsibilities: Gaining new clients and building positive relationships with new and existing clients Developing new markets and increasing national sales Researching organizations and identifying potential new clients to market TDDA/Health Tick services Generating sales leads including prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into customers Working collaboratively with the Head Office team and the TDDA business owners to develop tools and strategies to drive revenue growth Customer Relationship Management including completing TDDA/Health Tick individual client success plans as a tool for retention and growth of existing customers Use of CRM as the one source of truth for all sales deal opportunities Representing the company at industry events and conferences, building our profile and networking with potential partners and clients Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, IT, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients Driving brand awareness - including social media activity Actioning client/prospect inquiries received through TDDA/Health Tick website Being an ambassador for the company's values and culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Required skills: A sense of humour: enjoy working as part of a close-knit, well-functioning team Commercial acumen: You will possess the ability to identify commercial opportunities and maximise their potential Communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build long-standing and successful relationships with internal stakeholders and clients is key for us Negotiation; you will need to be tactful and diplomatic at all times to achieve win-win outcomes Networking; as a natural self-starter with finely tuned networking skills you will be able to judge the right networking opportunities to promote our services Business intelligence: You will need to have the ability to work alongside TDDA business owners; operations, IT and finance teams using existing information within the business to identify and target new clients as well as to promote additional services to existing clients Previous experience in either the drug and alcohol testing industry or occupational health industry is preferred but not essential.
