Kordia Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new revenue streams and grow our presence in telecommunications, broadcasting, and private networks across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and implementing profitable business opportunities while nurturing strong client relationships to ensure ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Develop strategic account plans that align Kordia's solutions with customer needs and goals.
Maintain close communication with key clients, ensuring we understand their evolving needs.
Collaborate with Kordia's subject matter experts and bid managers to create persuasive, commercially attractive proposals.
Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer requirements and Kordia's financial and risk objectives.
Expand Kordia's footprint by developing and executing strategies that leverage existing proof-points to win new business in telecommunications, broadcasting, and private networks.

A proven track record of at least 5 years of successful sales or business development within the telecommunications industry, specifically in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
A background in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field (degree or equivalent).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, make sound decisions, and take initiative in fast-paced environments.
Experience in developing and executing strategies , managing complex accounts, and delivering results in a competitive market.
