Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your skills to expand the client base.
Be the key contact between enquiries and sales.
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Monitor accounts to anticipate issues and address them before they escalate.
Provide support and guidance on product usage, offering tailored, solution-based advice.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales growth.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Hungry and driven - not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call.
Driving sales leads and fostering relationships.
The ability to problem solve.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that resonate with clients.
A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in CRM software and MS Suite.
