About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager. Based in Auckland, this role involves some nationwide travel (around 4-5 nights per month) and focuses on expanding their client base across key sectors like retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive new client acquisition and market expansion.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Actively prospect through cold calling and in-person meetings, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Present and negotiate quotes (training and support provided).
Collaborate with the NZ General Manager and Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage your own territory, primarily in Auckland but covering nationwide clients.
Complete necessary administrative tasks and reporting.

About You

A proactive "hunter" with knowledge of the Commercial Cleaning sector or similar contract-based services.
Experienced in contract management and client retention.
Confident communicator with no hesitation in cold calling and engaging stakeholders in person.
Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within commercial cleaning or facilities management.
Skilled in negotiation, presentations, and building lasting client relationships.
Able to manage multiple priorities autonomously and travel nationwide as needed.
