Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales to join our team in Auckland. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build lasting client relationships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategies and achieve targets.
Conduct market research and analyse competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Travel as required to meet with clients, attend meetings, and explore new markets.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in business development or related roles.
Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Should be able to drive.
Willingness to travel as part of the role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude.
