Business Development Manager

Pac Plus Accountants Limited is currently looking for a business development manager to join their team. Pac Plus Accountants Limited is based in Manurewa, Auckland.
The role is permanent and full time with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
The salary offered is $80,000 - $90,000 per annum. Successful applicants must have five years relevant experience in the finance or accounting field.
The business development manager's job responsibilities are:

Drive business growth through identifying new customers and successfully converting to sales
Maintain current client relationships
Organise and execute sales campaigns
Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure cohesion and compliance at all levels
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
Research business opportunities and viable income streams
Coordinate and facilitate Financial Literacy workshops
Organise and execute various Community engagement programs
Undertake business event management
