Specialising in painting, plastering, building, electrical, and plumbing, they work closely with homeowners, rental property managers, real estate agents, commercial property managers, body corporates, and other trade companies. They have a close-knit, friendly team and we're seeking a Business Development Manager to scale up their business!
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities in the residential and light commercial construction world. You'll connect with independent builders, rental management companies, construction firms, and homeowners who need a one-stop-shop for all things trade-related.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to generate and qualify leads, creating opportunities through industry contacts and construction events to consistently grow the sales pipelineManage and track new business pipeline effectively using digital toolsCollaborate with the admin and management teams to whip up winning proposals and turn them into long-term client partnershipsIdentify new business opportunities by understanding the needs of rental management companies, homeowners, real estate agents, builders, and other trades, while supporting their growth and requirementsAbout You: Demonstrated success in sales, especially in the residential building industry, and you're proud of the business relationships you've built and the targets you've smashedStrong understanding of the commercial, residential, and rental management sectors, particularly within the residential and light commercial marketsYou're a master of time management and can juggle tasksYour communication skills are top-tier, and you're quick to make connectionsIntegrity, tenacity, and a team-player mindset are at the core of who you areJoin a team that's as diverse, hardworking, and fun as they come!Work with some awesome clients across AucklandAttractive base salary, plus commission, and a company vehicleAll necessary tools of the trade providedThis role will not be around for long, apply today!
