Our client, an insurance brokerage with offices across New Zealand, is experiencing growth across all areas of the business. This expansion has created an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Auckland.

About the role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will work alongside a commercial manager to build a pipeline of commercial clients and high-net-worth individuals. You will meet with clients, understand their risk areas, provide advice, and service their needs. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of commercial broking experience, with a focus on generating and converting business development efforts into retained business.
