About the Role
As a driven Business Development Manager, you will join a team of like-minded performance-oriented individuals within a business unit that not only holds some of the biggest contracts in the business but will reward you with an uncapped commission program. In sum, you will be the driving force behind the brand's success. Your role is pivotal in sourcing, developing, and nurturing leads and client relationships that align with the brand's values. The primary focus will be that you consistently achieve sales targets all the while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's promises.
Skills & Experience
2-3 years of B2B sales experience within the service industries coupled with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Exceptional self-motivation and the ability to drive results independently while demonstrating sales savvy, courage, and resilience
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—effective with diverse audiences, along with high numeracy and literacy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and modern IT tools, with a detail-oriented and methodical approach
Quick learner and adaptable, with innovative thinking and the ability to remain present under pressure
