Business Development Manager

Pac Plus Accountants Limited is currently looking for a business development manager to join their team. Pac Plus Accountants Limited is based in Manurewa, Auckland.
 
The role is permanent and full time with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
 
The salary offered is $80,000 - $90,000 per annum. Successful applicants must have five years relevant experience in the finance or accounting field.
 
The business development manager's job responsibilities are: 
· Drive business growth through identifying new customers and successfully converting to sales
 
· Maintain current client relationships
 
· Organise and execute sales campaigns
 
· Negotiating with stakeholders to ensure cohesion and compliance at all levels
 
· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
 
· Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
 
· Coordinate and facilitate Financial Literacy workshops
 
· Organise and execute various Community engagement programs
 
· Undertake business event management
