You will also be identifying and driving new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and providing clients with innovative solutions that are tailored specifically to their business needs.
Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to determine their existing and future business needs.Understand the client's objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making process and form long-term business partnerships.Actively and successfully manage the sales process from start to finish including managing and maintaining your sales pipeline, ensuring all sales enquiries are followed through.Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure maximum growth.Present innovative business solutions to potential clients through direct communication i.e. face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and/or via email.Ensure reporting is up to date and accurate (meetings, calls, opportunities, etc).Attend industry events; tradeshows and networking nights to aid in the development of new business revenue.Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive sales.Ensure accuracy of reporting and forecasting.Your Skills - o pukenga You will need to demonstrate the ability to influence others in sound judgment and decision-making; have great interpersonal and communication skills; be a creative thinker; one who can be solutions and delivery focused, and above all have a great customer service ethos.
Additionally, you will have:
