Key Responsibilities             Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.   Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base and market presence. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including financial institutions, businesses, and individuals.       Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.           Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.           Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.       Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector. Qualifications and Skills       Bachelor's degree or above level of education majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.       Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the financial services industry.     Strong understanding of financial products, loan structures, and lending practices.
