Business Development Manager

As a progressive company, we also offer services with mobile billboard trailers to major companies in New Zealand. Since we are now growing therefore looking for an experienced business development Manager who can work closely with the below Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital Marketing strategies that are appropriate to target markets; measure the relative success of different strategies; and set targets accordingly on a cost/benefit basis. Search for established brands in the target markets for new contracts; evaluate their trustworthiness, negotiate a Franchise or other partnership arrangement, and determine their training needs. Manages the paperwork associated with Franchise Agreements so agreed, and the marketing collateral produced by Marketing staff. Works closely with clients before finalising an agreement by hosting in person as required to gain loyalty. Stay involved in developing profit sources and marketing campaigns across New Zealand through digital channels, both directly and indirectly. Assist marketing staff in supervising, and directing to produce advertising and a variety of marketing materials/collateral, determining and approving that marketing strategy and evaluating the physical creation of materials that are always consistent with our brand image. Create policies and activities in combination to build and maintain the company's reputation with its customers across New Zealand.
