Business Development Manager

We are on the hunt for a Confident salesperson who will not only build new relationships but foster existing client Relationships

Responsibilities: Identify a plan to grow sales.Communicate customer's needs back to the delivery team.Match customer needs to products and specifications.Use resources to support customer factories during the launch process.Understand the product portfolio and benefits to ensure value selling.Advise customers on technical specifications and application of coatings.Travel to customers and participate in industry conferences if required. Qualifications: "Refinish" Industry experience "A MUST".5-10 years of related experience in business development.Previous experience in the Industrial Coatings industry is desirable.Proficient computer skills, and moderate skills with Word, Excel, and CRM systems.Be able to communicate complex ideas.Benefits Relocation allowance on offer if out of the Auckland Region.Competitive Salary Package including Medical & Super scheme.Company Vehicle.Commission / Bonus structure in place.Career progression and ongoing training.
