Job Description As Business Development Manager - Corporate & Government, you will drive sales acquisition and retention within business-to-business segments, specifically focusing on government and corporate accounts, for Accor's Economy, Midscale, and Premium hotels in Wellington. The role is crucial in achieving financial objectives through research, analysis, and strategic planning, including forecasting, account management, and competitor assessments. You will be responsible for managing proactive and reactive sales calls, leading corporate RFP cycles, and developing tailored strategies for key government and corporate accounts. Additionally, you'll build strong client relationships, manage stakeholder engagements, and actively represent the hotels in sales activities and trade shows, ensuring commercial success within the government and corporate sectors.
