The key responsibilities of the position are:Prospecting new business and cold callingManaging incoming leadsQuotes and contractsNetworking and tradeshow eventsSite inspectionsAbout YouYou will have a high degree of event ownership, motivation, and initiative with the ability to accept a high level of responsibility and accountability. The Business Development Manager, Business Events is a dynamic revenue-generating role. You should be a natural sales professional comfortable on the phone to build a new business pipeline and meet revenue targets and KPIs.Previous experience in the events industry and/or using sales-specific CRM software would be advantageous.
