We are looking for a permanent Business Development Manager to join our team at ARL, Agnition (part of Ravensdown).
As of April/May 2025, ARL will be operating from a brand new and state of the art laboratory, based in Rolleston, in the middle of Canterbury.
ARL provides soil, plant, sap, feed quality and fertiliser testing for customers all over the country.About the RoleAs an experienced, technically sound and commercially driven business development professional, you will grow the ARL revenue by maintaining current customers and acquiring new ones.
Both the new laboratory and the location will put the company in a perfect position for a healthy future.
Hence, we are targeting 10% growth, year on year.
We expect the BDM to be 'on the road' for 50% of their time.
