We supply exceptional retail and product training, offer business advice and maintain excellent communication through all channels and personalised visits. About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a go-getter to join our Live Deeply team. You will be working closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing growth opportunities with current and prospective business partners.
Promoting the profile of the company and its products while achieving territory sales budgets and call cycle targets.
Developing relationships and business strategies with partners.
Seeking out new business opportunities through leads & cold calling.
Coordinating trainings, promotions, and events with stockists.
Maintaining daily administrative duties, including record keeping and reporting using a CRM.
About You
You are a qualified level-5 beauty therapist or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years industry experience, and a knowledge of advanced modalities, skincare, and treatments.
You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging in conversations with existing business partners, potential new leads, and targets.
You have proven sales skills.
You are confident to educate and present.
You are a team player.
You can work independently and autonomously.
A business qualification would be ideal but not necessary.
Experience as a Territory Manager/Business Development Executive would be ideal but not necessary.
An attractive salary package will be offered to the right candidate, including a base salary, commission, a company vehicle, a company computer, product allowance, and mobile phone.
All applicants must be a New Zealand resident or hold a New Zealand working visa and have a current full New Zealand Drivers License.
