The Role In this role you will be responsible for key business development functions including preparation and co-ordination of accurate proposals, tenders and quotations to optimize success rate. You will liaise with clients and landlords, and will prepare and submit business development proposals. This position is responsible for new business growth and retaining an existing portfolio for Parking Enforcement Services (PES) specifically through the acquisition of new profitable car park enforcement sites and the renewal of existing sites. You'll be based at our Christchurch Office but will be required to travel to develop new client relationships. Develop close working relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders and industry representatives. Prepare professional response to Requests for Tenders, Proposals, Renewals and Information Documentation. Drive selected Parking Enforcement Services and products to market leadership. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies. About you This is a pivotal role in our development team. You'll be dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, strong communication and relationship building skills will be the key to your success. What you need to be successful in this role: Excellent communications skills Strong customer service skills and background Strong background in development of budgets, sales targets and development plans Broad experience in the preparation of reports to a professional standard Knowledge of MS office suite would be a definite advantage; as would a highly positive 'can do' attitude.
