As a Business Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales outcomes and promoting BCITO qualifications within the building and construction industry. Working closely with trade sectors, employers, schools, and other stakeholders, you will grow client relationships, identify potential customers, and conduct research to increase sales and enrolments.
We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual with a go-getter attitude to drive sales growth. Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset are essential as you identify new business opportunities to help shape the future of vocational education and training in New Zealand.
Key responsibilities: Develop sales plans and target trade sectors Employers to gain trainee sign-upsBuild and maintain relationships with current and potential employersPromote BCITO's offerings to external stakeholdersUtilise CRM to track opportunities and provide top-notch customer serviceIdentify and prospect employers to build and grow a quality databaseKey Requirements: Proven sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting new business leadsStrong communication and relationship building skillsSelf-motivated and results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.IT savvy with sound knowledge of CRM systems.This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and dive into the world of building and construction.
