Business Development/Account Managers (International Freight & Logistics)We have roles servicing 4PL, Transport, Shipping & Freight Forwarding Businesses across Auckland.All these roles demand a proven ability in building strong relationships while growing new business initiatives throughout Auckland and the outer regions, with some roles requiring out of town travel and the flexibility of working between multiple sites.Applications will only be considered from those who display local experience matching each industry's requirements:Liner Shipping (Selling both import and export cargo)Freight Forwarding (Sea & Air, Exports & Imports, LCL/FCL & FAK cargo)4PL (Warehousing & Distribution, Procurement, Air & Sea freight, Domestic Transport)Stakeholder ManagementProven track record of building strong and lasting relationships with customers, along with effective negotiation skills.Good systems skills; SAP, MS Office Excel (intermediate users), EDI Cargowise, and various WMS/TMS Systems to access, input, and extract data. PowerBI and Machine Learning are an advantage for presenting, building, and analyzing data essential to company/individual performance and market trends.All these roles will set KPIs indicative of a highly competitive market, therefore expecting results that build trust and integrity with customers.
