This role involves moving applications from Lotus Notes to IBM BAW and requires a skilled developer to pick up ongoing work and ensure seamless delivery. As a Senior Developer, you will work on-premises, handling BAW version upgrades, optimizing workflows, and automating processes. Your experience in IBM BPM will be invaluable as you transition into BAW to implement scalable business automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with IBM BPM/BAW, strong technical skills in process automation, and the ability to mentor junior developers on a larger team.
