Be part of an exceptional team of professionals while taking in the incredible lifestyle that Auckland has to offer.As a Business Assistant, you'll work closely with our PwC Legal and Financial Advisory Services team. You will support key Partners by providing administrative assistance, diary management, project coordination, and more, empowering our teams to perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building strong relationships and managing diverse tasks with confidence, offering a dynamic and varied career path.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for clients, team members, and colleagues across PwC New Zealand and globally.Plan and coordinate projects, client visits, and meetings, including room bookings, video conference support, and catering.Provide high-quality secretarial support, including filing, database management, and preparation of legal documents.Manage and coordinate Partner diaries.Coordinate ad hoc projects within the PwC Legal and Financial Advisory Services teams.Handle routine inquiries and prioritise urgent matters in the absence of Partners and senior staff.Assist with the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including documenting travel expenditures and reimbursements.Support and coordinate local and national events, working closely with our Markets team.Ensure document production meets PwC's high standards through our Internal Service Delivery Centre.Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and Experience:3-4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Business Administrator, or Legal Secretary.Proven experience in administrative support roles within corporate, government, legal, or professional services environments, especially working with senior staff.Excellent time management and multitasking skills.Proactive and self-motivated - you actively seek ways to support the team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.Highly organised and resilient, able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.Nga ahuatanga hirahira o te mahi ki PwC Legal / Highlights of working at PwC LegalUnrivalled level of access to industry expertise, both locally and through our wider global network of member firms, where you'll be enabled by cutting-edge technology.Investing in your mental health is both important and personal.
