Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

Contract Business Analyst Job DescriptionThe Contract Business Analyst for a 12 month+ contract with 3 days on-site in Tauranga (every fortnight) is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and mapping the future state of the business for the company's core cloud-based SAP ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain and business analysis principles.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersDevelop and maintain business process modelsMap business processesCreate and maintain requirements specificationsWork with stakeholders to validate requirementsCoordinate with other members of the project team to ensure that requirements are metQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field2+ years of experience as a business analyst ideally with SAP cloud-based ERP (or other cloud-based ERP systems) in large multi-national companiesExperience with SihnavioExperience gathering requirements, process mapping, designing and facilitating workshopsStrong understanding of supply chain or food quality or Agri businessExposure to GIS SystemsUnderstanding of different SDLC methodologies and cloud-based software solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools
