We are Auckland's home of commemoration as well as the country's oldest research institution and a major tourist destination.Mo te turanga | About the roleTamaki Paenga Hira, the Auckland War Memorial Museum, is looking for an energetic and engaging Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Technology & Digital department to help us define and deliver a variety of small to medium-sized technology projects within the department and across the organisation.As this role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technology outcomes, it is essential that the successful candidate can build and nurture relationships, actively listen to and empathise with business stakeholders, clearly define and articulate functional and technical requirements, and engage meaningfully with Technology & Digital specialists and third parties to deliver high-quality outcomes.We're seeking somebody who has a strong background in business analysis, a critical function of the role and is also looking to utilise their project management skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role is ideally suited to someone who has demonstrated success working on or leading technology-centric projects.The Museum is a cultural institution that respects our obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and we have a stated intention to evolve into a tikanga-led organisation.
