Empower the Resilience and Infrastructure Directorate to reach new heights of operational excellence through continuous enhancement of our processes, products, services, and systems. Take on a pivotal role in establishing and promoting best practices for Lean Six Sigma-based process improvement, providing analytical input required for the development and enhancement of systems and supporting both process owners and users in their adoption.

Our top priority is to accurately capture and incorporate stakeholder requirements into the development of new or improved services, processes, and practices. As a dedicated advocate for user needs, you will champion their requirements throughout the entire design, development, and implementation journey. From strategic assessment and business case development to meticulous planning, UAT, efficient delivery, and the identification and realisation of benefits, your involvement will play a vital part in driving success and ensuring optimal outcomes.

As a seasoned business improvement professional, you bring extensive expertise in navigating complex environments and utilizing various business analysis frameworks, tools, and techniques such as BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, SDLC principles and practices. Your proficiency in technology is evident, having gained significant experience in diagramming and project software. You possess the unique ability to comprehend and interpret data, transforming it into valuable, evidence-based solutions.

Being a meticulous researcher, you excel in designing and implementing cutting-edge process improvement practices and tools. Your strength lies in your exceptional communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with others in analysing business processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and establishing consistency and efficiency. Your adaptability shines through as you effortlessly grasp concepts and data of diverse complexity, formulating clear plans tailored for various audiences.
