We are now recruiting a Business Analyst Partner to join the team at Pak'nSave Cameron Road. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for analysing, modelling, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and drive profitability. As a key contributor, you'll review existing procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure accurate documentation of business processes. This role will partner with the leadership team and is vital for assisting management in implementing new solutions, achieving business objectives, and enhancing both operational and administrative workflows.
The key responsibilities included in this role are:
Leadership – provide guidance to store management whilst also coaching, mentoring and developing your direct reports including office and price integrity.
Process management – develop and implement tools and processes to improve operational and administrative efficiency, including meaningful reports and analytics. Provide management with insights to facilitate informed decision making.
Management reporting – provide accurate monthly reports on all business operations
Inventory Management – conduct weekly sales trends analysis, prepare P&L and budgeting and forecasting data, and provide variance analysis.
Office operations – support accounting and administrative staff in reconciliation processes.

The ideal background required for this role is:
Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
Previous experience in business process analysis and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of inventory management and operational processes
Proficiency using data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
Strong communications skills and a demonstrated ability to Partner with the Managers across the business.
Previous leadership experience demonstrating an ability to manage, coach and develop staff.
