You will bring your Business Analysis skills and experience to this varied role and will work closely with a vibrant and diverse group of energy professionals. One day you could be working with a client to define and document their IoT requirements, the next you could be working with our developers, both here and in Germany, to bring the vision to life.

Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:

Provide technical and process recommendations to existing clients
Support clients who are looking to customise or add functionality to their software packages
Maintain an understanding of key market & regulatory changes in the New Zealand energy sector
Assist with the creation of technical documentation for prospects
Attend pre-sales meetings to gather high-level customer requirements
Plan requirements gathering workshops in conjunction with prospects
Lead and manage workshops to ensure requirements are accurately captured
Create requirements documentation
Develop a working knowledge of key Robotron platforms
Carry out simple configuration activities to assist development teams and/or clients where required
Advise clients on Robotron products and functionality
Maintain regular and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities for up-selling/cross-selling Robotron products to existing clients
Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity at all times
Ensure Robotron Health & Safety policies are followed
Demonstrate a commitment to personal and team safety
Ensure compliance with client Health & Safety procedures

Anforderungen:

Business analyst with experience delivering enterprise projects
Ability to organise and run client/prospect workshops
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Energy industry experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of business, internally and externally
Significant attention to detail
Strong SQL and NoSQL skills
Experience in developing requirements documents
Tertiary qualification in a related field e.g.

Mathematics
Computer science
Physics
Business studies

Nice to have:

Experience with OCPP protocols
Experience with connection technologies e.g.
Ethernet (TCP/IP)
Cellular (3G, 4G)
Modbus
LoRaWAN
German language skills
Experienced with Agile ways of working
