If so, we want to hear from you!We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to drive our client's performance reporting for their Permits (authorisations, licensing, certifications) function.
This is a key role in shaping and delivering our client's performance story to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver performance reporting for all authorisation activities.Establish and implement monthly reporting updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).Build and endorse timeliness KPIs for applications and renewals, securing ELT and board approval.Enhance and expand reporting by incorporating new KPIs.Collaborate with operational managers to further develop existing Power BI dashboards, ensuring quality and timeliness measures are implemented across all authorisation regimes.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with performance reporting and KPI development.Proficiency in tools like Power BI.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering solutions.Be part of a team that's making a difference and driving results.
