Our Inventory team at Xero is dedicated to building tools that empower small businesses to manage their stock efficiently and accurately.
We focus on delivering inventory solutions that cater to a wide range of needs, from basic stock tracking to advanced integrations.
Our goal is to streamline the inventory process, making it easier for goods-based businesses to monitor, optimise, and grow their inventory management and operations, all while saving them time and simplifying their daily workflows.
This role requires a person who is a great team player, comfortable working across teams.

What you'll do You'll bring your natural curiosity, detailed approach and customer-oriented thinking to all you do.
Proactively delivering customer insights to inform product decisions.
Working with stakeholders to understand objectives, value and success measures for new features and enhancements.
Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including engineering, product, design, delivery, CX, business team representatives, subject matter experts and external customers.
Develop positive and constructive relationships with your wider cross-functional team; including Engineers, Designers, Delivery Coaches, Architecture, Data, Product.
Collaborate with and support the development team in the understanding of user personas, creation of user stories, user journeys, story mapping, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate and support the development team to discover potential solutions to agreed customer and business problems.
Contribute to functional and nonfunctional requirement understanding and definition.
Support the team to develop, deliver and measure the success of experiments, hypotheses of achievable learnings and measurable value sooner.
