Your main responsibilities will include:
Innovative Solutions: Generate new ideas to enhance our software offerings.
Client Engagement: Serve as a key contact, introducing clients to our energy market platform and offering expert advice.
Requirements Gathering: Identify client needs and align them with platform functionalities.
Operational Support: Assist in customizing business processes and provide on-site support as needed.
Technical Adjustments: Make minor software configurations or collaborate with developers for complex adjustments.
Workshops: Conduct training sessions on our platform and industry-related topics.
Skills and experience sought include:
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Studies
Knowledge of the energy industry and its regulatory landscape.
Experience in software modeling, relational databases, and PL/SQL.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel within New Zealand.
