You will work within our Programme Delivery team and lead the use of business analysis processes and standards to support the effective and efficient delivery of projects, helping drive the growth of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to develop relationships, facilitate the effective execution of our modernisation programme and translate our business requirements into actionable programme delivery. What will you be doing? Be UniMed's internal subject matter expert on business analysis and provide clear leadership, coaching, and feedback to stakeholders about business analysis tools and its role in delivering effective project outcomes. Consult and coach SMEs and test resources to execute test plans and practices supporting project delivery. Develop and document requirements with project managers, change manager and subject matter experts. Contribute to change management activities for the project. Create a range of deliverables for the project, including user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, business rules catalogue, and process flow mapping as needed by business and vendors for a successful project. Develop and lead the use of business analysis processes and standards to support effective and efficient delivery of projects that are aligned to UniMed's priorities. Keep abreast of market and industry trends, changes and best practices – capturing and implementing relevant learnings for UniMed. Champion a culture of continuous improvement that leads to more effective and efficient project outcomes. What are we looking for? Proven track record of at least 5 years of direct work experience in business analysis/systems analysis, ideally in the services sector. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Analytical and critical thinking skills that can efficiently break down complex business requirements into manageable components. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in a variety of delivery mechanisms and tools including agile. A strong customer ethos and results oriented with initiative and a strong work ethic. Flexible, adaptable, positive, and enthusiastic in nature.
